JAPANESE LAWYERS VISIT THE BAR COUNCIL

A delegation of Japanese lawyers led by Mr. Hatano Setsuo of the Japanese Bar Association visited the Bar Council on Monday 20 September as part of a larger visit to Europe to investigate the various justice systems and in particular the criminal jury system, which has recently been introduced in Japan.
