Stuart Alford KC is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins, specialising in white collar crime. He was previously the Head of Banking Fraud at the Serious Fraud Office for four years, a United Nations Prosecutor for two years and at the self-employed Bar for 20 years. He was called in 1992 and took silk in 2014.
