Rachel Holmes is Chief Executive of Matrix, winner of ‘Responsible Business of the Year’ at the Women & Diversity Law Awards 2023. Rachel is responsible for the overall management of Matrix, including the development of client relationships, marketing strategy, human resources, and ensuring its core values inform how it works as an organisation. Rachel joined Matrix in 2018. She was previously Director of Marketing at BPP and a Commercial Director at EF Education Ltd.
