Nicholas Khan had a long career as an employed barrister, first in Whitehall, then over 25 years in the Legal Service of the European Commission, where in 2018 he became the first lawyer in the EU Institutions to take silk. Having retired from the Commission, he now practises from Monckton Chambers.
