Mariya Peykova is a barrister at 3PB. Her particular focus is on commercial and regulatory law in matters raising complex contractual interpretation points, as well as a range of data protection and privacy issues, and education law. In 2024, Mariya was nominated for the ‘Junior Pro Bono Barrister of the Year’ award. Before coming to the Bar, she worked as a Research Fellow at Queen Mary University and a Judicial Assistant at the Court of Appeal and High Court.
