Francesca Perera is a barrister at No5 Chambers. She practises in crime and regulatory law. She undertakes prosecution and defence work in the Magistrates’ and Crown Court. She is also developing a regulatory practice including defending police officers in criminal and misconduct proceedings, as well as being on the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates.
