Aidan O’Neill KC is a ‘double silk’, being King’s Counsel at both the Scottish and English Bars. He has a wide ranging European law/public law practice both north and south of the border. He intervened for the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain (IWGB) in the UKSC in Miller. He is currently working on a new book Brexit, law and trade: a guide for the perplexed.
