Judicial review – Decision of Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC). Court of Session: Refusing a judicial review petition by a petitioner who challenged the SCCRC's decision not to refer his conviction for perjury to High Court, the court held that the petitioner had failed to establish that the respondents acted unlawfully in reaching their conclusion: the SCCRC were entitled to conclude that they did not believe there might have been miscarriage of justice in respect of the petitioner's conviction.
