Immigration – Deportation. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed an appeal against the decisions of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and Upper Tribunal rejecting the appellant's challenge to a notice to make a deportation order served by the Secretary of State four years after the appellant's release from a younger offenders institution. There had been no material errors of law in the decisions and the interests of the appellant and his family had been properly considered within the legislative framework.
