Appellant's extradition ordered despite admission of further medical evidence – . The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Poland. The judge had not reached a wrong decision in having found that extradition would not be an undue interference with the rights of the appellant and his mother under art 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
