There was no good reason to set aside or disregard the appellant's pleas of guilty to three counts of professional misconduct and there was no probability that a re-hearing following a not guilty plea would lead to a different conclusion. However, the Administrative Court held that the sanction of seven months' suspension from practice had been manifestly excessive and substituted a sanction of three months' suspension on two charges, and five weeks' suspension on a third charge, to run concurrently.
