Harb v Aziz

Contract – Construction. The claimant's claim for a payment of £12m and the transfer to her of two flats in London failed. The Chancery Division held that, although she had reached an agreement with the defendant Saudi prince in June 2003, it was not enforceable, either because it had not been intended to be immediately binding (and had not become binding thereafter), or because it had been too uncertain to be enforceable.
