Gotham v McMillan

Personal Injury: Quantum Case. Road traffic accident. Orthopaedic injuries. PSLA of £2,750. The claimant reported that she suffered severe pain in her neck commencing some 15–20 minutes after the accident. There was tenderness over the left and right trapezius muscles. The claimant took one to two days off work and on her return to work was not able to work at full capacity. The prognosis was that the neck injury, the headaches and the restrictions to her activities would be resolved within six months.
