Sentencing – Prohibited weapons – Disguised stun guns. High Court of Justiciary: Refusing an appeal by an appellant who pled guilty to unlawful possession of five stun guns disguised as torches and was sentenced to the statutory minimum term of five years' imprisonment, the court held that the sentencing judge had not erred in concluding that there were no exceptional circumstances which would justify him in not imposing prison term of at least 5 years.
