Extradition – Extradition order. The Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Germany to face trial for 20 offences arising from VAT carousel fraud. The European arrest warrant had given a detailed and sufficient description of the alleged tax fraud, and the judge had been entitled to rely upon the authorities in support of his conclusions that the decisions to charge and try had been made.
