Azanta A/S v European Union Intellectual Property Office

European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European union dismissed the action by Azanta A/S against a decision of the Fourth Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings between Novartis AG and Azanta, concerning the application by the latter for registration of an EU word mark 'NIMORAL'.
