The Administrative Court, in allowing the application, having regard to the policy guidance issued under s 7 of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970, held that the authority had failed to: (i) review the claimant and supply a revised support plan; (ii) give reasons for the reduction in care; and (iii) take all reasonable steps to reach agreement as to his care.
