Extradition – Extradition order. New evidence of Russian law and procedure, and the evidence of the appellant's alleged co-defendant was admitted, as it might have altered the judge's decision to order the appellant's extradition to the Russian Federation. Accordingly, the Divisional Court proposed to remit questions as to whether, on that and existing evidence, the appellant's extradition was compatible with his rights under arts 3 and 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
