Yussouf v Solicitors Regulation Authority

Solicitor – Practising certificate. The respondent Solicitors Regulation Authority's adjudication panel had made no material error of law in determining whether the appellant's failure to disclose a county court judgment when applying for admission as a solicitor and a practising certificate had been dishonest. However, the Administrative Court, in allowing the appellant's appeal, held that it had been unfair for her to be denied an oral hearing.
