The Commercial Court held that the words 'any errors of a similar nature' within r 27.1 of the London Court of Arbitration Rules 1998 covered clarifying or removing ambiguity within an award. In the instant case, justice required the court to grant the claimants' application for an order extending time in which to request the arbitral tribunal revisit an award in which the name of the fourth claimant was incorrectly stated.
