Extradition – Extradition order. The Divisional Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Germany to stand trial for 18 offences of fraud and a breach of legal duty in relation to failing to file for bankruptcy. Its reasons included that the interference with the private and family lives of the appellant, his wife and their children caused by the appellant's removal to Germany was not disproportionate.
