European Union – Rules on competition. The Court of Justice of the European Union dismissed the appeal by Villeroy & Boch SAS (VBS) against the decision of the General Court of the European Union in Villeroy & Boch Austria and others v European Commission (T-373/10, T-374/10, T-382/10 and T-402/10) by which that court had dismissed the action by VBS for annulment of Commission Decision C(2010) 4185 final in which the European Commission had found that VBS and other companies had infringed EU competition rules as set out in art 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and art 53 of the Agreement on the European Economic Area in the bathroom fittings and fixtures market in so far as that decision had concerned it.
