Verdin (trading as Darnhall Estate) v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and another

Town and country planning – Permission for development. The first defendant Secretary of State had erred in dismissing the claimant's appeal against the second defendant local planning authority's refusal of planning permission for the residential development of land. The Administrative Court held that he had wrongly rejected three proposed conditions and had failed to give adequate reasons for his decision.
