Patent – Infringement. The Patents Court found that the parties' offers of licensing terms in patent infringement proceedings had not been fair reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) and it set FRAND terms. It granted a final injunction to restrain the defendants' infringement of two patents, held that the claimant was entitled to damages at the same rate as the appropriate FRAND rate, and declared that the claimant's worldwide offer with the rates and licence terms settled in the present judgment was FRAND.
