Restraint of trade by agreement – Employer and employee. The Queen's Bench Division held that a post-termination restriction (PTR) in the first defendant's contract - restricting him from working for the second and third defendants - for a period of up to nine months, had been valid and enforceable. There had been no basis for the court to exercise its discretion to modify the impact of the PTR.
