Tifrac v Romanian Judicial Authority

Extradition – Particulars. The appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Romania on two conviction European arrest warrants was dismissed. The Administrative Court rejected submissions that the particulars of other offences were so lacking that each warrant was invalid and that there was an overlap between the sentence to be served, yet there had been no specific indication from the respondent judicial authority that double counting of the sentences would be removed.
