Partnership – Dissolution. The Chancery Division ruled on a dispute between the members of a partnership about the ownership of a hotel and camp-site in Cornwall (the property). The dispute arose following the claimant's application for a declaration that the partnership had dissolved, and for an order that partnership's affairs be wound up. The court rejected the claimant's case that he was entitled to 80% share in the property and held that the claimant and the first defendant held the legal estate of the land on trust for themselves as tenants in common in equal shares.
