The judge had not been wrong in having found that it would not be unjust or oppressive to extradite the appellant on the ground if his physical and mental health, that extradition was not barred by s 14 of the Extradition Act 2003 or that extradition had been compatible with the appellant's rights to a private and family life. Accordingly, the Administrative Court dismissed the appellant's appeal against orders for his extradition to Italy to serve a sentence of four years' imprisonment for sexual offences against a minor.
