European Union – Trade marks. The General Court of the European Union dismissed the action by Sun System Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. (SSKS) against a decision of the First Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office relating to opposition proceedings between SSKS and Hollandimpex Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft concerning the application by the latter for registration of a figurative sign 'Choco Love' as an European Union trade mark.
