The General Court of the European Union upheld the action brought by Sovena Portugal — Consumer Goods, SA (Sovena) against the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the European Union Intellectual Property Office, relating to opposition proceedings between Mueloliva, SL and Sovena, concerning the application by the latter for international registration designating the EU for the word mark 'FONTOLIVA'.
