Extradition – Extradition order. The appellant's appeal against an order for his extradition to Poland to serve the remainder of a sentence of two years' imprisonment for importing marijuana into Poland was dismissed. The Administrative Court ruled that the district judge had not erred concerning delay and that appellant's argument concerning the uncertainty post-Brexit had no merit. The court further ruled that the district judge's decision as to the proportionality of the extradition request had not been wrong where the offence had been serious and the sentence had been significant, and where the appellant was a fugitive and was not the primary carer of the two children concerned.
