Human rights – Infringement of human rights. The European Court of Human Rights declared the applicant's complaint of breaches of his rights under arts 8, 11 and 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights inadmissible. The applicant was not a 'victim' with respect to his complaint about retention of his personal data, he had not suffered significant disadvantage by 'blacklisting' due to his trade union membership and his discrimination claim had no independent existence.
