Company – Shares. The Chancery Division held that the second defendant, ND, was entitled to the sum of £511,510 in a dispute concerning the valuation of ND's shareholding. The court held that, owing to acts of misconduct, she was a 'bad leaver' for the purposes of the claimant company's articles of association.
