Extradition – Inhuman and degrading treatment. In the light of the further information provided, there were no substantial grounds for believing that, if extradited, the appellants would face a real risk of being subject to inhuman or degrading treatment in breach of art 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Accordingly, the Divisional Court dismissed the appellants' appeals against orders for their extradition to France.
