Public procurement – Award – Prohibition on concluding agreement. Court of Session: In action in which the unsuccessful bidder in a competition for the award by the defender of a contract for the provision of sheriff officer services sought an order setting aside the award, failing which damages, the court refused a motion by the defender for an interim order lifting the prohibition on concluding the agreement, holding that the fact that a full hearing could be held in only two weeks' time tipped the balance of convenience towards the prohibition remaining in force meantime.
