Solemn procedure – Defective representation. High Court of Justiciary: Refusing an appeal by an appellant who, with a co-accused was convicted of threatening or abusive behaviour and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, the court rejected the appellant's contention that he had been represented defectively in relation to a photograph of the rear of the complainers' car on the co-accused's phone which the appellant contended supported his contention that the co-accused had been brandishing a phone and not a firearm.
