Company – Administrator. The Companies Court granted the applicant creditors' application to remove the respondents as the administrators of a company (the company) and to replace them with new administrators. The court held that the new administrators should be appointed to investigate potential claims against the company's directors and/or a financial and professional services firm (S&W), relating to a pre-pack sale of the company's business and assets, and that the respondents ought to have concluded, from the date of their appointment or soon thereafter, that they, as members of S&W, were conflicted and could not carry out the necessary investigations.
