The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, in allowing the parents' appeals against final care order in respect of P and interim supervision orders in respect of three younger children, further held that there had been significant discrepancies in P's accounts, and the judgment had not really engaged at all with the points that had been made by the parents about them and how they might affect P's credibility.
