Re M-A (A Child) (child arrangements order)

Family proceedings – Orders in family proceedings. A three-year old boy, C, was ordered to live with his father in Canada and spend holidays with his mother, who lived in England. The order changed the existing arrangements under which C had been dividing his time between his parents, the balance favouring the mother. The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, held that there was no reason to allow an appeal from such an order.
