The Family Division declared that the applicant was the legal parent of two children born following treatment provided by a clinic regulated by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. As the Administrative Court, it further approved consent orders in the applicant's judicial review application, quashing the registration of the children's birth and requiring the registrar to register the birth afresh.
