Re ER (A Child) (No. 2)

Family proceedings – Orders in family proceedings. Allegations of erroneous decisions and bias made by a father, against the judge who had presided over a number of hearings centred on care arrangements for his child were deemed to be without merit and, in the majority of cases, out of time. The Family Division found no error in any of the judge's decisions, and held that the judge had been entitled to reach all conclusions and make all orders that had been made.
