Re E-R (Child Arrangements) (No.2)

Child – Care. The father had been principally, if not exclusively, responsible for the failure of the child arrangements in respect of his daughter, T. The Family Division, having considered the matters in the round, concluded that the child arrangements order ought to be varied. Arrangements for T to spend time with her father would be made, those arrangements would be expressed to be the minimum and should apply unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
