RCS Contractors Ltd v Conway

Building contract – Adjudication. The Technology and Construction Court dismissed the defendant's appeal against the findings of an adjudicator regarding construction work carried out at three sites without a written contract. The court held that, while an adjudicator approved under the relevant scheme could only decide one dispute at a time, there had only been a single dispute about the work, and the adjudicator had the necessary jurisdiction to decide the claim.
