Commons – Registration. There was nothing in the language of reg 5(4) of the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007, SI 2007/457, to suggest that an applicant for registration of land as a town or village green could be afforded only one opportunity to remedy a not duly made application. Accordingly, the Planning Court dismissed the claimant's application for judicial review of the defendant commons registration authority's decision, giving the interested party a further opportunity to take action to put his application in order.
