Immigration – Practice. The Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) gave guidance on the correct approach to be adopted in applications to amend the grounds of judicial review. In particular, it held that the amendment of a judicial review claim form preceding the lodgement of the acknowledgement of service did not require permission, but permission was required in all other instances.
