Sentence – Confiscation order. The claimant's application for judicial review of the defendant court's issue of a warrant to commit the claimant to prison in default of payment of a confiscation order, based on the assertion that a default sentence imposed in 2003 could not lawfully be imposed in 2016 or 2017 because the time between those dates was too long, would be dismissed. The Divisional Court further held that the court's decision and the process by which it had reached it had been properly open and not unlawful.
