Elections – Expenses. The claimant interest group was granted permission proceed with part of its claim for judicial review of the alleged failure of the defendant Electoral Commission to discharge its responsibility to oversee spending of Vote Leave and other campaigners in the period leading up to the referendum on whether the UK should remain a member of the European Union.
