Warrant – Search warrant. Warrants issued by the defendant courts concerning the claimants' home and business premises were unlawful, as they were too broad and had been issued on the basis of a plainly material error of fact. Accordingly, the Divisional Court allowed the claimants' applications for judicial review and allowed the police to retain material which had been seized with respect to the first and second claimants the purpose of making an application under s 59 of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001, but not with respect to the third claimant.
