Immigration – Detention. The claimant Pakistani national's immigration detention from 13 July until 28 July 2017 had not been unlawful, as R (on the application of Ahmed) v Secretary of State for the Home Department ([2016] All ER (D) 232 (Mar)) provided a complete answer to his claim.
