Immigration – Detention. The defendant Secretary of State had considered the question of the claimant's immigration detention on the erroneous basis that he had posed a high risk of harm to the public and there had been an unlawful failure of due diligence by the Secretary of State between 7 July and 11 September 2015. However, the Administrative Court refused substantive relief, since neither of those errors had extended the length of time during which the claimant had been detained.
